Cabify is seeking a Global Tech Analyst to support CRM platforms. The role involves ensuring the efficiency of services and operations by designing, administering, maintaining, and improving technological solutions. This includes both third-party tools and in-house developments. The analyst will provide technical support to internal stakeholders, create new workflows, and propose internal changes to enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities include:

  • Administering tools like Zendesk, Amazon Connect, and no-code platforms (e.g., Zapier).
  • Managing internal tools developed by product teams.
  • Staying updated on the latest technology tools.
  • Coordinating the implementation of internal developments.
  • Identifying potential improvements in configuration and processes.
  • Building operations and processes, resolving incidents.
  • Implementing the support model.
  • Working with WFM & GTR to improve technical productivity.
  • Supporting the implementation of internal/external developments.
  • Managing active and inactive user processes.

Requirements:

  • Experience in technological environments.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in collaborative environments.
  • Knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience administering tools like Zendesk, Amazon Connect, Amazon Lex, Tymeshift, Zapier, and Click Up is highly valued.
  • English proficiency.
