Cabify is seeking a highly analytical FP&A Specialist to join its global FP&A team. This role involves financial planning, performance analysis, and strategic decision-making within a growing technology mobility company.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and maintaining advanced financial models.
- Supporting budget and forecast preparation.
- Analyzing the financial performance of the company.
- Preparing detailed financial reports.
- Collaborating with business teams.
- Improving FP&A processes through automation and digitization.
- Supporting investment evaluations and cost optimization projects.
Requirements:
- A degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in FP&A or related roles.
- Strong experience in financial modeling and quantitative analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with data visualization tools.
- Knowledge of ERP and financial planning systems.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluency in English.
