Strategy & Growth Analyst at Cabify

Cabify is seeking a Strategy & Growth Analyst to join their team in Madrid. This role focuses on improving urban mobility by connecting passengers and drivers. Cabify, a leading Spanish unicorn, operates in numerous cities across Spain and Latin America, fostering a passionate and talented international team.

The Strategy & Growth Analyst will be responsible for analyzing the performance of user acquisition, retention, and loyalty programs. They will also manage discount campaigns and support the creation of reports and models for decision-making. The analyst will participate in high-impact business initiatives requiring advanced problem-solving skills.

Role Involves:

• Analyzing KPIs to identify issues and develop clear diagnoses.
• Using internal and external data to gain insights and test hypotheses for continuous optimization.
• Supporting projects and processes with performance insights derived from flow and campaign analysis.
• Planning user acquisition, retention, and engagement campaigns.
• Ensuring effective collaboration with local and global departments.

Requirements:

• Experience with Excel/Sheets, Tableau, and GSuite.
• Proficiency in Python/R (optional).
• Excellent organizational and planning skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience in growth or analytics roles in fast-paced environments.
• Experience in tech and scale-ups (desirable).
