Cabify is seeking a Head of Rewards & Labor Relations to lead its global Compensation & Benefits and Labor Relations function in Latam and Spain. This role designs, implements, and optimizes processes that enhance employee experience and aligns people operations with strategic objectives.
The role involves:
- Designing and executing the global Rewards and Labor Relations strategy.
- Supervising processes related to payroll, benefits, compensation, and offboarding.
- Leading the global compensation and benefits strategy.
- Managing occupational health and safety programs
- Supervising office management
- Leading and developing a high-performance team.
- Ensuring compliance with local and global labor laws.
Cabify requires:
- A degree in Law, Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
- A Master's in Human Resources or MBA preferred.
- Over 10 years of experience in HR Operations management roles, preferably in international organizations.
- Deep knowledge of international labor law and compensation management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish.
