Gestionnaire Sinistres Corporels (CDD 6 mois) - Hybride at Wakam

Wakam is seeking a Gestionnaire Sinistres Corporels for a 6-month contract. Wakam is a B2B2C insurance company that designs custom insurance solutions distributed in white label by over 80 distribution partners via its Play&Plug® technology platform.

The Gestionnaire Sinistres Corporels will be part of the Squad Claims team and will independently manage personal injury claims under IRCA and common law (AIPP between 0 and 10%). This role is based in Paris with a hybrid work model of three days of remote work per week.

Role Involves:

• Registering claims
• Investigating cases (reviewing guarantees, analyzing responsibilities, implementing protective measures)
• Implementing necessary means to compensate road accident victims or exercise recourse if necessary
• Identifying and applying appropriate legal, jurisprudential, and conventional rules
• Evaluating and monitoring technical costs
• Selecting auxiliaries (doctors, lawyers...) and analyzing conclusions
• Finalizing victim compensation and/or third-party payers
• Exercising personal injury claims in compliance with the company's interests

Requirements:

• Higher education in Insurance Law or equivalent
• 2-3 years of solid experience in personal injury claims management (AIPP between 0 and 10%) and related specific issues
• Good knowledge of the Badinter Law and its jurisprudential evolution
• Mastery of IRSA, IRCA, and PAOS conventions
• Excellent writing skills, organizational skills, and rigor
• Autonomy and responsibility
• Analytical skills
• English proficiency
