Wakam, a B2B2C insurance company, is seeking an Insurance Operations Performance Apprentice to join their Office Business & Transformation team. This role involves participating in the operational monitoring of Wakam's insurance programs in France and Europe and contributing to cross-functional transformation projects.

The role involves:
- Collecting, ensuring the reliability of, and analyzing operational indicators sent periodically by Wakam's partners
- Monitoring the quality of management and compliance with contractual commitments by partners and managers
- Identifying potential malfunctions requiring corrective actions and monitoring corresponding remediation plans
- Setting up reports and discussion materials dedicated to facilitating steering committees with partners and managers
- Creating digital dashboards in conjunction with the IT team to enable the visualization of operational indicators and the automatic raising of alerts
- Formalizing and improving the process of monitoring programs (rationalizing the number of managers, drafting procedures, creating new controls, and implementing RACI)
Requirements:
- Master's student from a business school or university, specializing in management/administration, finance, or insurance
- True attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
- Proactive and suggests improvements and ingenious solutions
- Enjoys teamwork in a dynamic environment and demonstrates excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing
- Speaks English fluently
