Senior UI Engineer at Droit

Droit is seeking a talented Senior UI Engineer to help scale its web applications. This role reports to the VP of Engineering and involves close collaboration with Front End, Core Engineers, User Experience, and Product teams. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in optimizing tech stack, diving deep into front-end technologies, and pioneering the development of efficient and scalable systems.

Responsibilities:

• Establish strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Understand client goals and develop strategies.
• Build an in-depth understanding of Droit’s products and services.
• Provide technical expertise and production support to customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve client satisfaction.
• Plan and manage the delivery of on-prem and cloud-deployed products.
• Act as a liaison between clients and Droit's Business and Product Development teams.
• Develop and implement processes to improve the client experience.

Requirements:

• High degree of curiosity and problem-solving ability.

• Functional programming and best practices knowledge.
• Collaborative mindset and eagerness to share knowledge.
• Experience building Web UI applications using User-Centered Design principles.
• React or Angular web stack experience, expertise in TypeScript/JavaScript.
• Strong understanding of system design.
• Expertise in caching strategies.
• Knowledge of authentication protocols and secure application development practices.
• Direct experience using relational databases.
• Experience designing and building RESTful APIs.
