Job Description

Cabify is seeking a versatile and proactive Technical Support and IT Projects Specialist to join their technology team in Madrid. This individual will be responsible for providing expert technical support to users and actively participating in the planning, execution, and monitoring of various technological projects that drive efficiency and innovation within the company. The role requires a combination of solid technical skills, project management capabilities, and excellent service orientation.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing technical support to employees, resolving issues related to hardware, software, and networks.
  • Managing and prioritizing support tickets.
  • Participating in the entire lifecycle of IT projects.
  • Collaborating in defining project scope, objectives, and timelines.
  • Executing assigned tasks within projects, ensuring compliance with deadlines and quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Solid knowledge of Windows and/or macOS operating systems in corporate environments.
  • Experience in troubleshooting hardware issues.
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP networks, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi.
  • Experience with ticketing tools.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies.
  • Experience in administering platforms like Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace.
