CloudKitchens is seeking an Associate Operations Manager for its Blaine, MN location. This role is pivotal in overseeing daily operations, ensuring facility maintenance, onboarding new partners, and delivering exceptional customer support.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and train a facility team, including scheduling and performance management.
  • Manage order fulfillment and deliver customer service.
  • Conduct routine inspections on facility equipment.
  • Perform general upkeep and coordinate repairs.
  • Manage a janitorial team and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for restaurant partners.
  • Manage the overall partner experience.
  • Participate in planning sessions and review KPI metrics.
  • Manage and report the facility P&L.
