CloudKitchens is seeking a Workday Configuration Analyst to join their team on a temporary fixed-term contract. The analyst will be responsible for managing and resolving tickets related to system configuration and troubleshooting within Workday. The Workday Configuration Analyst will play a vital role in supporting CloudKitchens' operations by ensuring the smooth functioning of their Workday system. Requirements:
- 3-5 years of working experience.
- Proven experience in a fast-paced start-up environment.
- Adaptability to changes and challenges.
- Proven experience with Workday configuration, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Strong understanding of Workday modules (e.g., HCM, Payroll, Recruiting, Time Tracking, etc.).
- Experience managing and prioritizing service tickets using ticketing systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple tickets concurrently.
