CloudKitchens is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join their team in Bogota. CloudKitchens helps restaurateurs around the world succeed in online food delivery. This role is based in their Bogotá office location.This person will become the resident expert on CloudKitchens' platform, processes, and policies. They will use troubleshooting processes to address customer complaints over various support channels, ensuring escalations are solved effectively. They will respond to customer inquiries to maintain customer satisfaction and work cross-functionally with other departments to prioritize resources. The specialist will also contribute to building best practices for the Customer Support Team.
  • Becoming the resident expert on our platform, processes, and policies
  • Using correct troubleshooting processes, language and structure to address customer complaints over a variety of support channels (e-mail, chat, phone, in-person, etc)
  • Using good judgment and strong communication skills to ensure escalations are solved on the first try
  • Quickly responding to customer inquiries to ensure 100% customer satisfaction
  • Working cross-functionally with other departments to prioritize, coordinate, and apply resources as needed
