Ketchum is seeking a Managing Account Supervisor to join their team. The ideal candidate will manage teams and budgets on sizable accounts, ensuring quality service, growth, and employee development.
The role involves:
- Acting as the primary client contact and fostering strong relationships.
- Providing strategic guidance to clients.
- Troubleshooting client issues.
- Motivating team members and providing constructive feedback.
- Representing the agency in client meetings.
- Leading account teams.
- Writing and editing materials.
- Managing account financials.
- Building incremental business.
- Participating in new business programming and presentations.
Requirements for the role include:
- A bachelor’s degree in a related field (master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 8 years of agency/PR experience, ideally in Retail, QSR, or Food.
- Proven client relationship and program delivery record.
- Track record of growing business.
- Experience as a team leader.
- Experience managing teams and interfacing with integrated agency teams.
