Job Description

Ketchum is seeking a Managing Account Supervisor to join their team. The ideal candidate will manage teams and budgets on sizable accounts, ensuring quality service, growth, and employee development.

The role involves:

  • Acting as the primary client contact and fostering strong relationships.
  • Providing strategic guidance to clients.
  • Troubleshooting client issues.
  • Motivating team members and providing constructive feedback.
  • Representing the agency in client meetings.
  • Leading account teams.
  • Writing and editing materials.
  • Managing account financials.
  • Building incremental business.
  • Participating in new business programming and presentations.

Requirements for the role include:

  • A bachelor’s degree in a related field (master’s preferred).
  • Minimum of 8 years of agency/PR experience, ideally in Retail, QSR, or Food.
  • Proven client relationship and program delivery record.
  • Track record of growing business.
  • Experience as a team leader.
  • Experience managing teams and interfacing with integrated agency teams.
