WePractice is seeking a Psychotherapist to join its practice group in Bern, Switzerland. WePractice is a leading outpatient practice group with over 100 psychotherapists at 16 locations and part of the Medbase Group. The Psychotherapist will work in a supportive environment, benefiting from the guidance of an experienced site manager, regular case discussions, and supervisions.

Responsibilities:

• Providing outpatient psychotherapy services to patients with flexibility in scheduling and location.
• Building a patient base aligned with their specialization.
• Developing individualized therapy plans, conducting assessments, and making diagnoses.

Requirements:

• A degree in Psychology with completed training as a federally recognized psychotherapist.
• Fulfillment of all requirements to bill through basic insurance in Switzerland.
• Enjoyment of self-directed work.
• Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken.
