WePractice, a leading outpatient practice group with over 100 psychotherapists across 16 locations and part of the Medbase Group, is seeking a Psychotherapist in Zürich. This role offers therapeutic freedom and a flexible work model, allowing for the integration of professional and personal life.

The psychotherapist will work in a supportive and warm practice environment. They will receive individual support from an experienced location manager, with regular case discussions and supervision provided. The role involves supporting patients through outpatient psychotherapy, with flexibility in terms of time and location.

The psychotherapist can choose their patients. They can build a patient base that aligns with their specialisation. They will develop individual therapy plans, collect medical histories, and make diagnoses, using practice software designed to save time.

What This Role Involves:

Requirements:

• A degree in Psychology with completed training as a federally recognised psychotherapist.
• Fulfillment of all requirements to bill through basic insurance in Switzerland.
• Enjoys self-determined work.
• Very good knowledge of German, both written and spoken.
