WePractice, a leading outpatient practice group in Switzerland and part of the Medbase Group, is seeking a Psychotherapist to join their team in Chur. WePractice has over 100 psychotherapists at 16 locations

The role offers therapeutic freedom and a flexible work model, allowing for a balance between professional and private life. The psychotherapist will work in a supportive practice environment, benefiting from regular case discussions and supervision.

What this Role Involves:

• Providing outpatient psychotherapy to patients with flexibility in scheduling and location.
• Building a patient base that aligns with the therapist's specialization.
• Developing individual therapy plans, conducting assessments, and making diagnoses, supported by practice software.

Requirements:

• A degree in Psychology with completed training as a federally recognized psychotherapist.
• Fulfillment of all requirements to bill through basic insurance in Switzerland.
• Enjoyment of self-directed work.
• Very good knowledge of German in spoken and written form.
