Job Description
WePractice, a leading outpatient practice group in Switzerland with over 100 psychotherapists across 16 locations, is seeking motivated Psychotherapist for initiative application. As part of the Medbase Group, WePractice offers a supportive and flexible work environment where therapists can tailor their professional and personal lives to their needs.
The role involves working in a warm practice environment with individual support from an experienced site manager, including regular case discussions and supervisions. The psychotherapist will accompany patients in outpatient psychotherapy with flexible scheduling and location options. They will also have the autonomy to choose their patients and build a patient base that aligns with their specialization, developing individual therapy plans, conducting anamneses, and making diagnoses, supported by WePractice's practice software.
What this role involves:
- Accompanying patients in outpatient psychotherapy

Requirements:
- Psychologist with completed training as a federally recognized psychotherapist
- Fulfillment of all requirements to bill through basic insurance in Switzerland
- Enjoyment of self-determined work
- Very good knowledge of German in spoken and written form
