Conga is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager, EMEA, to join their global Marketing Operations team. This role is pivotal in optimizing the lead funnel, managing the marketing technology stack, and supporting Business Development teams. Role involves:
  • Supporting and executing EMEA marketing campaigns in Marketo.
  • Optimizing lead flow processes from Marketo to Salesforce.
  • Managing and optimizing marketing tools such as ZoomInfo and 6sense.
  • Building dashboards and reports to track campaign performance and marketing ROI.
  • Ensuring data integrity and compliance with GDPR.
  • Partnering with Business Development, IT, and Revenue teams.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Demand Generation, or Revenue Operations in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Marketo, Salesforce, and data enrichment tools.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in campaign performance measurement.
  • Deep understanding of lead management, scoring, routing, and nurture automation.
  • Knowledge of GDPR and EMEA-specific data privacy laws.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • English (native or C2 level).
  • French or German (native/C2 level) is beneficial.
