Conga is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager for its EMEA region. This role supports the marketing operations team, optimizing the lead funnel and managing the marketing technology stack. The Marketing Operations Manager will collaborate with regional marketing, sales, and global marketing operations teams to improve marketing performance through data and technology. The role is crucial for effectively reaching, engaging, and converting prospects into the pipeline.

Responsibilities:
  • Support and execute EMEA marketing campaigns in Marketo.
  • Optimize lead flow processes from Marketo to Salesforce.
  • Manage and optimize marketing tools, including ZoomInfo, 6sense and Groove.
  • Build dashboards and reports to track regional campaign performance and marketing ROI.
  • Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with GDPR and regional data privacy laws.
  • Partner with Business Development, IT, and Revenue teams.


Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Demand Generation, or Revenue Operations in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Marketo, Salesforce, and data enrichment tools.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in campaign performance measurement, attribution, and reporting.
  • Deep understanding of lead management, scoring, routing, and nurture automation.
  • Knowledge of GDPR and EMEA-specific data privacy laws.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with global cross-functional teams.
  • English (native or C2 level) required; French or German (native/C2 level) is beneficial.
