QA Engineer at Innovid

Innovid, a leading independent omnichannel ad tech platform, is seeking a highly skilled and analytical Manual QA Engineer to join their R&D team. This role is crucial in ensuring the quality of Innovid's ad-tech products. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and hands-on experience with both frontend and backend systems.

Role Involves:

• Gaining an in-depth understanding of the product’s architecture and functionality.
• Performing exploratory testing and ensuring high-quality feature releases.
• Leading test strategy and execution for complex features.
• Being involved in the full development lifecycle.
• Working with various backend and frontend technologies.
• Investigating and analyzing data flow across different systems.
• Collaborating with software engineers, product managers, and technical teams.
• Taking ownership of projects from test planning to execution and delivery.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a QA Engineer in a technical environment.
• Strong understanding of software architecture.
• Experience with both backend and frontend testing.
• Proficiency in working with databases (SQL, or cloud-based solutions).
• Experience testing complex web applications.
• Ability to work independently and drive QA processes in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Fluent in English.
