Job Description
Innovid, as part of Mediaocean, is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join their R&D team. The Senior Software Engineer will be responsible for understanding and analyzing heavy usage applications' architecture and performance, designing, building, testing, and deploying solutions in a continuous development environment. The Senior Software Engineer will also guide and help developers across multiple teams adopt solutions.
The role involves:
- Designing and implementing major aspects of application architecture.
- Leading the development of modules for a high-end product.
- Developing viable solutions for various systems and architectures.
- Deploying solutions to production in a continuous manner.
- Being responsible for the well-being of Innovid applications in production.
- Working with R&D managers to define development standards.
- Overseeing the Design Process for Application Software.
- Providing technical training and support to R&D developers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline.
- At least 3 years of software development experience full stack.
- Experience with the development of online, cloud-based SaaS products.
- Strong analytical, creative, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Understanding of design and production procedures and standards.
- Experience with Linux in a production environment.
- Experience with large-scale performance issues and database work.
- Experience with Microservices architecture and implementation.
- Passion for technology and quality.
- Good analytical and communication skills.
