FP&A Analyst at Innovid

Innovid, a leading omnichannel ad tech platform, is seeking a Financial Analyst to join their FP&A team. This role involves supporting financial analysis, reporting, and decision-making processes within a fast-paced, high-growth environment. The analyst will work within international, cross-functional teams, contributing to the organization's success.

• Assist in the development and analysis of budget vs. actuals reports.
• Perform revenue and expense variance analysis.
• Support the preparation of month-end financial reports and board deck presentations.
• Compile monthly KPI data and reports for executive leadership.
• Work with the accounting team to improve financial information accuracy.
• Develop and manage the monthly expense reporting process.
• Analyze the company's current financial status and identify key trends.

• +2 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A).
• Experience working within international companies/teams.
• Proven background in budgeting, forecasting, and financial statement analysis, including P&L and EBITDA.
• Advanced/Bilingual English skills (Verbal and written).
• Excel expertise.
• Experience with Adaptive Insights or similar financial management systems is a plus.
