Innovid, a leading omnichannel ad tech platform, is seeking a Senior IT Support Specialist to join their team in Buenos Aires. This role involves providing hardware, software, and systems support for the company’s IT environment. The ideal candidate will work on internal projects, manage common SAAS tools, and ensure consistent access to high-quality IT support for all employees.Innovid is part of Mediaocean, tied into the industry’s core ad infrastructure for omnichannel planning, buying, and billing.Responsibilities:
  • Run day-to-day IT operations at the Buenos Aires office.
  • Provide best-in-class support to employees worldwide.
  • Find technical solutions for specific employee needs.
  • Resolve technical problems internally and in the cloud.
  • Manage endpoint installations, upgrades, and troubleshooting for Windows and macOS.
  • Create and manage user accounts and access rights.
  • Configure and maintain technical equipment, including computers, printers, and Zoom meeting rooms.
  • Monitor and respond to requests through the IT ticketing system.
  • Implement, improve, and document IT policies and procedures.
  • Manage inventory, budget, and vendor relationships.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in IT support.
  • 4+ years of experience managing, configuring, and troubleshooting Windows desktop and Mac OS.
  • 4+ years of experience troubleshooting network environments (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.).
  • Experience with IT Support tickets as per SLA and KPI’s
  • Experience with IT security tools such as – Firewall, EDR, MDM, etc.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.
