Innovid is seeking a Technical Account Manager, Measurement, to support its InnovidXP omnichannel measurement solution. This role involves being the main point of contact for clients and working with internal teams and external partners. The Technical Account Manager will align client needs, oversee implementation, and collaborate with various teams to execute measurement strategies.Role involves:
  • Managing client meetings and providing product updates.
  • Collaborating with sales, product, and marketing teams.
  • Preparing meeting agendas and talking points.
  • Identifying process and product improvements.
  • Performing risk assessments of the platform.
  • Advising on best practices and optimizations.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience as a Technical Account Manager or similar.
  • Client-facing experience with international clients in English.
  • Advanced English skills.
  • Experience with Excel and data sets.
  • Experience structuring solutions for large enterprise clients.
  • Knowledge of the AdTech ecosystem.
  • Troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Clear and engaging communication skills.
  • Familiarity with software development practices.
