Talent Partner at Vertice

Vertice, a company managing SaaS and cloud spend, is seeking a Talent Partner to join their team in Brno. The Talent Partner will manage the full hiring process, from initial meetings to offer extensions, with a focus on partnering with IT and Engineering teams. They will also contribute to boosting Vertice's visibility on social media.

The role involves:

• Running the entire recruitment process, including writing job ads and guiding candidates through interviews.
• Finding talent through various channels and platforms.
• Collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and make informed hiring decisions.
• Utilizing data to refine hiring strategies and sharing insights with the team.
• Managing on-site interviews in the Brno office and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Contributing to social media and employer branding efforts.

Requirements:

• Experience in IT recruitment with knowledge of sourcing, assessment, and full cycle recruitment.
• Excellent communication skills in both Czech and English.
• Initiative, organization, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in time management, decision-making, and data analysis.
• Experience in negotiation.
