Product Manager at Vertice

Vertice is seeking a Product Manager to support the growth of its dynamic team and product portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a track record of delivering outstanding customer experiences, analyzing user problems, and turning them into solutions. The Product Manager will be part of a growing product and engineering team that focuses on delivering products to market fast and that maximize user value.Responsibilities:

• Identify and validate new opportunities through market research and feedback gathering.
• Analyze user problems and produce clear requirements in user stories.
• Make strategic trade-off decisions and prioritize product features based on impact.
• Work closely with designers and developers to deliver world-class customer experiences.
• Measure and communicate results to the business.
• Pursue a deep understanding of customers through research and data analysis.
• Ensure successful product and feature launches by facilitating communication.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a B2B environment.
• A passion for crafting awesome products through experimentation and optimization.
• Experience developing product requirements and user stories.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving company with changing priorities.
• Well-organized and able to manage time effectively across multiple projects.
• Strong computer literacy across a variety of tools (Jira, Figma, SQL etc.).
• Good understanding of agile product development best practices.
