Vertice is seeking a Product Manager to enhance their dynamic team and product portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a history of delivering excellent customer experiences by analyzing user problems and creating solutions. The Product Manager will join a growing product and engineering team focused on delivering products to market quickly and maximizing user value.

Role Involves:

• Identifying and validating new opportunities through market research and feedback gathering.
• Analyzing user problems and creating clear requirements in user stories.
• Making strategic trade-off decisions and prioritizing product features.
• Collaborating with designers and developers to deliver world-class customer experiences.
• Measuring and communicating results to the business.
• Understanding customers through research and data analysis.
• Ensuring successful product launches through cross-business communication.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Passion for crafting products through experimentation and optimization.
• Experience developing product requirements and user stories.
• Comfortable in a fast-moving company with changing priorities.
• Well-organized and able to manage time effectively across multiple projects.
• Strong computer literacy across tools like Jira, Figma, and SQL.
• Good understanding of agile product development best practices.
