Vertice, a company managing SaaS and cloud spend, is seeking an Account Manager to join their team in Sydney, Australia. Vertice manages over $3.4 billion in spend for hundreds of customers in over 30 countries and is headquartered in London with offices in New York, Brno, Sydney, Johannesburg and Singapore. The candidate will play a key commercial role focused on driving renewals and expansion across Vertice's APAC customer base. The Account Manager will report to the VP of Customer Success & Account Management.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the end-to-end existing customer relationship.
  • Accurately maintain forecast of your territory.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and delight through leveraging our product solutions.
  • Prospect heavily within your install base of accounts and create net-new sales pipeline.
  • Work closely with the Customer Success and wider Sales team through the customer lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years commercial experience.
  • ‘Individual Contributor’ mindset.
  • Experience working in a competitive category.
  • Experience working with a range of customers, particularly enterprise and mid-sized.
  • Demonstrable track record of repeatedly meeting and exceeding quota and net revenue retention goals.
  • Clear, confident and compelling communicator.
