With over $10 billion in spend processed and serving hundreds of customers across 30+ countries, Vertice is experiencing rapid growth. The company is headquartered in London with offices in New York, Brno, Sydney, Johannesburg and Singapore. They are looking for a Business Development Representative to join their team.

The Business Development Representative will be responsible for generating leads and converting them into warm leads and meetings for the sales team, specifically focusing on the Nordics region. This role requires a charismatic and driven individual who can effectively communicate the value of Vertice's product.

Role Involves:
  • Generating leads in the Nordics region.
  • Converting leads into warm leads and meetings.
  • Engaging with prospects via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Articulating the product and its USP to consumers or partners.
  • Identifying opportunities and conveying feedback to product teams.
  • Maintaining accurate lead qualification information in CRM.

Requirements:
  • 1+ years in a Business Development environment.
  • Native Swedish, Norwegian, Finish, or Danish and fluency in English.
  • Adaptability and ability to move fast under uncertainty.
  • Intrinsic motivation, positive attitude, and leadership skills.
  • Strong communication skills and charisma.
  • Organized, accountable, and an autodidact.
  • Record of success within a BDR/SDR function.
  • Experience in a rapid-growth early-stage startup.
  • Previous experience working within the SaaS space.
