Vertice is seeking a Solutions Consultant to join their team in London. The Solutions Consultant will play a critical role in onboarding new customers and supporting the implementation process of Vertice's new procurement workflow solution. He will lead customer onboarding and guide clients on how to use Intelligent Workflows product to achieve their goals. This is a customer-facing role where he will be responsible for technical configuration, customization, and implementation. He will collaborate closely with customers, customer success teams, and product managers to ensure smooth and effective deployments.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead onboarding for new customers.
  • Take responsibility for the full end-to-end implementation of workflows solution.
  • Provide expert guidance on how to integrate and embed Vertice’s workflows and integration products.
  • Conduct training and Q&A sessions with customers.
  • Work proactively across multiple customer projects.
  • Collaborate closely with the Customer Success and product team.
  • Act as the primary technical contact for customer configuration and customization requests.
  • Provide feedback to Product and Engineering teams.

Requirements:

  • At least 4 years of work experience, with 2-3 years of experience in a solution consultant or functional advisory role.
  • Experience with end-to-end project management.
  • Proven experience consulting on integration solutions.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • A proactive problem solver.

Nice to haves:

  • Experience with procurement and finance tools like Coupa, SAP Ariba, Oracle, NetSuite, Workday or Sage.
  • Strong technical skills, comfortable with software configuration, integrations, and familiar with reading JSON and API documentation.
  • In-depth understanding of B2B procure-to-pay processes and experience working in the procurement space.
