Associate Replenishment Buyer

Job Description

Fashion Nova is seeking an Associate Replenishment Buyer to manage the test and reorder model for assigned categories. The successful candidate will ensure timely reordering of best-selling products at optimal cost and quality.Responsibilities:

• Email communication with vendors to negotiate costs
• Reviewing preseason and in-season forecasts
• Tracking daily style sales to determine unit needs
• Developing reorder style sizing needs
• Monitoring and revising style flows
• Creating purchase orders for reorder styles
• Building relationships with vendors through proactive communication

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in replenishment, data analysis, or a related field
• Experience analyzing data and providing actionable insights
• Proficiency in Excel, including complex functions
• Passion for fashion and trend analysis
• BA|BS degree or equivalent experience
