Buyer - Women's Accessories

Job Description

Fashion Nova is seeking a Buyer for the Women's Accessories team. The Buyer will report to the Division / Category Director, and will be responsible for creating the appropriate merchandise mix based on emerging trends and managing the assortment strategies established by team leaders. The Buyer will manage the category product assortment and deliver on financial targets, ensuring Fashion Nova has the best product offerings for customers. Responsibilities include:

The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in buying for accessories within an eCommerce fashion brand. Requirements include:

• 5-7 years of experience in Buying for accessories (handbags, jewelry, belts, and hats) ideally within an eCommerce fashion brand
• Strong understanding of current and emerging fashion trends, with a deep passion for the fashion industry
• Experience working with vendors and negotiating product quality, costs, and delivery dates with vendors
• Excellent prioritization, project management, organization skills, and attention to detail, in addition to strong analytical skills to support data-driven decisions
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace
• Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion, Production, Design or related field, or equivalent work experience
