Buyer - Women's Denim

Job Description

Fashion Nova is seeking a Senior Buyer for the Women's Denim team. This role involves creating the appropriate merchandise mix based on emerging trends and managing assortment strategies. The Senior Buyer will be responsible for managing the category product assortment and delivering on financial targets. Fashion Nova is known for delivering the most-wanted styles to millions worldwide.Role involves:

• Driving assortment strategy
• Trend forecasting
• Cost negotiation & margin optimization

• Data-driven decisions

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in Buying for apparel, ideally within an eCommerce fashion brand - denim experience is ideal but not required
• Strong understanding of current and emerging fashion trends
• Experience working with vendors and negotiating product quality, costs, and delivery dates with vendors
• Excellent prioritization, project management, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace
• Bachelor's Degree in Fashion, Production, Design or related field, or equivalent work experience
