Senior Merchandise Planner

Job Description

Fashion Nova is seeking a Senior Merchandise Planner to own product planning across categories and support growth initiatives. The Senior Merchandise Planner will leverage their analytical skills and creative problem-solving abilities to ensure the availability of products that Fashion Nova customers demand.

• Develop and manage annual, seasonal, and monthly merchandise plans.
• Partner with Re-Order teams to manage inventory composition.
• Create pre-season assortment plans.
• Analyze sales, inventory, and margin performance.
• Collaborate with Site Merchandising.
• Assist in the execution of weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting.
• Recap assigned product categories quarterly.
• Develop relationships with cross-functional team members.

• 8+ years of experience in Merchandise Planning or related roles.
• Experience using Shopify as an eCommerce platform.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
• Experience with data analysis.
• BA | BS degree or equivalent work experience.
