Product Development Coordinator

Job Description

Fashion Nova is looking for a Product Development Coordinator to support their Product Development team. The coordinator will handle pre-production development tasks, including tech-pack creation, sourcing, sample tracking, and PLM system maintenance.This role involves:

• Coordinating sample requests
• Generating shipping labels
• Tracking samples and developments
• Documenting approvals and comments
• Preparing samples for presentations
• Maintaining PLM data
• Supporting BOM creation
• Communicating with manufacturers
• Reviewing packing lists

Requirements include:

• Intermediate G-Suite and Microsoft Office skills
• Excellent time management and organization
• Effective communication skills
• Garment and fabric construction experience (a plus)
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently
• Adeptness to prioritize workload
• Capacity for independent and team work
• AA degree in Fashion (desired)
