Production Coordinator

Job Description

Fashion Nova is seeking a Production Coordinator to support their Production team. This role is based in Beverly Hills, CA. The Production Coordinator will play a crucial role in pre-production tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and quality is maintained.Fashion Nova is a leading fashion and lifestyle brand known for its trend-to-market approach and significant presence in Women's, Men's, Kids' and Beauty divisions. Fashion Nova is recognized for its disruptive social commerce model and innovative marketing strategies.Responsibilities:

• Download and review production reports.
• Communicate daily with manufacturers.
• Maintain weekly production WIP reports.
• Engage with vendors on fabric and sample submissions.
• Assist with the approval process of bulk submissions.
• Audit packing lists for accuracy.
• Provide updates on late deliveries or shortages.
• Attend production meetings and prepare reports.
• Process TOP samples.
• Ensure timely delivery of tech packs and fit comments.
• Issue shipping labels and track samples.
• Aid in creating buy sheets.
• Prepare samples for presentation meetings.

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of G-Suite and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent time-management and organization skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently and quickly.
• Adeptness to organize and prioritize workload.
• Capacity for working independently and collaboratively.
• BA in Fashion or equivalent work experience.
