Senior Safety Manager

Job Description

Fashion Nova is seeking a Senior Safety Manager to oversee and enhance safety programs within their eCommerce environment. The Senior Safety Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing safety policies, conducting regular safety audits, and providing safety training to employees. The role involves closely working with leadership and employees to monitor, report, and improve safety performance, ensuring that safety goals align with business objectives. Responsibilities include:

• Developing and overseeing safety policies and procedures.
• Conducting safety audits and risk assessments.
• Monitoring safety performance metrics.
• Providing safety training and guidance.
• Collaborating with leadership to align safety programs with business goals.
• Ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations.
• Leading investigations into workplace incidents.
• Maintaining safety records and documentation.
• Acting as the primary point of contact for safety-related matters.
• Fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Ensuring safety equipment is available and compliant.

Requirements include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Safety Management or related field preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in a safety management role.
• Experience implementing and managing safety programs.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and OSHA guidelines.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to lead safety initiatives and track performance metrics.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Safety certifications (e.g., CSP, CHST) are highly desirable.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
