Keyholder - Burbank (Part -Time)

Job Description

Fashion Nova is seeking a Keyholder for their Burbank, CA location. The Keyholder will oversee store performance through sales management, operations, team member functions, and visual aesthetics.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate extraordinary customer service and lead by example.
• Provide personalized client experience.
• Meet and exceed sales goals.
• Maintain a visually appealing and organized store.
• Process sales and returns accurately.
• Perform daily operations and closing procedures.
• Protect store assets and inventory.
• Demonstrate shop ownership and lead in the absence of the store manager.
• Support new initiatives.
• Fairly delegate responsibilities to the sales staff

Requirements:

• Minimum two years of experience managing a fashion retail environment
• Technological competency; experience with NetSuite, Shopify and Gladly desired
• Computer literacy, data entry and data processing skills
• Energetic, confident, and adaptable personality
• Strong leadership, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented

• High School Diploma | GED
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends
