Keyholder - Topanga (Part -Time)

Fashion Nova is seeking a Keyholder for their Topanga store in Canoga Park, CA. Fashion Nova is a leading trend-to-market fashion and lifestyle brand. The Keyholder will oversee store performance through sales management, operations, team member functions, and visual aesthetics. Must be available to work at least two out of the three weekend days - Friday, Saturday, Sunday - each week, and to work shifts of no less than four hours.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate extraordinary customer service.
• Maintain a visually enticing and organized store.
• Manage inventory and process sales through POS systems.
• Lead the team when the store manager is absent.
• Train and coach team members.

Requirements:

• Minimum two years of experience managing a fashion retail environment.
• Technological competency; experience with NetSuite, Shopify and Gladly desired.
• Strong leadership, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High School Diploma | GED.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends.
