Fashion Nova is seeking a part-time Sales Associate for their Panorama, CA location. The Sales Associate will deliver excellent customer service, meet sales goals, collaborate with the team, maintain merchandising standards, and protect company assets. Fashion Nova is world’s leading trend-to-market fashion and lifestyle brand. It was founded in 2006 and is known for delivering the most-wanted styles to millions worldwide.

Responsibilities:

• Create and foster a customer-centric retail experience.
• Maintain awareness of promotions, products, and eCommerce advertisements.
• Assist in merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping.
• Process and replenish merchandise.
• Instrument price changes.
• Operate a point-of-sale cash register.
• Demonstrate product knowledge.
• Perform merchandise receipt processing.
• Maintain store appearance.
• Stylize personal appearance to represent the brand.
• Ability to commute to other locations if required.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma | GED
• Availability to work a flexible schedule.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Unparalleled customer service skills.
• Ability to learn and adapt to company-provided technology.
• Knowledge of administrative aspects of store operations.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Regular attendance.
• English proficiency; additional languages are an advantage.
