Assistant Store Manager - Panorama

Job Description

Fashion Nova is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for their Panorama, CA location. This role assists the Store Manager in overseeing the store's overall performance, driving sales, recruiting and developing staff, maintaining store appearance, and controlling expenses.

The Assistant Store Manager is expected to be available to work any or all three weekend shifts on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. The role requires a minimum of one year of experience in retail management in fashion apparel and knowledge of retail store performance KPIs.

Responsibilities include:

• Generating sales and profit while minimizing losses.
• Maintaining customer service standards.
• Managing time and prioritizing tasks.
• Complying with company policies and procedures.
• Training and coaching team members.
• Overseeing merchandising and visual directives.

Requirements:

• A minimum of one year of experience in retail management in fashion apparel
• Knowledge of retail store performance KPIs
• Excellent computer skills, documentation, and communication
