Assistant Store Manager - Topanga

Fashion Nova is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for their Topanga location. The Assistant Store Manager will share responsibility for the store's overall performance under supervision of Store Manager. They will assist with sales, staff management, store appearance, and expense control. Fashion Nova is world’s leading trend-to-market fashion and lifestyle brand. This role requires availability to work any or all three weekend shifts on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Responsibilities:

• Generate sales and profit.
• Oversee customer service standards.
• Manage time and prioritize tasks.
• Maintain safety awareness within the store and maintain inventory.
• Train and coach team members and assist in recruiting and hiring.
• Oversee merchandising directives.

Requirements:

• Minimum of one year of experience in retail management in fashion apparel.
• Knowledge of retail store performance KPIs.
• Excellent computer, documentation, and communication skills.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule.
