Store Manager - Panorama

Job Description

Fashion Nova is seeking a Store Manager for their Panorama, California location. The Store Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the store, developing strategies to improve customer service and drive sales. They will also maintain high store standards and foster a positive environment.Fashion Nova is looking for someone to ensure customer needs are met, complaints are resolved, and service is quick and efficient. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively merchandise all products and displays to maximize sales and profitability, as well as forecast staffing needs and develop a recruiting strategy.Responsibilities:

• Motivate and inspire the team
• Achieve sales plans through business analysis
• Execute the store business plan
• Maximize store volume and profits
• Analyze reporting and daily sales trends
• Resolve issues and communicate with the District Manager
• Lead talent selection, training, and coaching
• Supervise the handling of merchandise
• Train and coach team members on sales techniques

Requirements:

• Minimum of three years of experience in retail management in fashion apparel
• Knowledge of retail store performance KPIs
• Excellent computer skills, documentation, and communication
• English, additional language(s) an advantage
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule
