Business Systems Analyst (BSA)

Fashion Nova is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join their fulfillment technology team. The Business Systems Analyst will be responsible for the development of warehouse and supply chain technology. The role involves interfacing with teams and systems that drive operations and customer experience.

This role is crucial to Fashion Nova's success in delivering solutions across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Define and analyze existing processes to deliver business requirements.
• Elicit and document requirements from various levels of business users.
• Communicate changes, enhancements, and modifications to stakeholders.
• Work with technical development teams to scope, estimate level of effort, and manage development.
• Ensure all technical requirements are clearly defined.
• Support the development team in analyzing changes to data contracts and schemas.
• Translate technical issues in simple terms to business users.
• Manage how system changes are deployed and support and train users.
• Monitor adoption and efficacy of new systems, processes, and tools.
• Create test cases and scenarios and facilitate UAT sessions.

Requirements:

• BA|BS degree is required.
• Minimum of four years in a System Analyst role with focus on Information Technology and Supply Chain Management.
• Four plus years of technology experience working with warehouse management systems (PREFERRED HIGHJUMP AND/OR MANHATTAN ASSOCIATES)
• Knowledge of automation of warehouses.
• Knowledge of retail and|or eCommerce operations, specifically in the areas of ERP, and WMS
• Experience with using SQL.
• Experience leveraging prototyping, modeling, and process flow tools.
• Experience defining workflows and processes in a fast-paced, agile, distributed model
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Experience with the Atlassian Suite (JIRA, CONFLUENCE, ETCETERA) is a plus
