Dialogue is seeking a Director of National Partnerships to lead the Partnerships team and nurture relationships with broker, advisor, TPA, and consultant partners across Canada. This role involves reporting to the Vice President, Strategic Partnerships & Commercial Operations, and requires the candidate to be located in either Montreal or Toronto. The Director will be responsible for:
- Leading a high-performing partnerships management team.
- Strategizing on managing partner relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
- Building and improving key processes for efficient ways of working.
- Reporting on partnerships activity and key performance indicators.
- Developing strategies to reach account growth targets.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders across various departments.
The ideal candidate should have:
- 7+ years of partnerships management and/or consulting, brokerage or advisory experience.
- Experience in healthcare and healthtech.
- Experience managing large and complex relationships.
- A track record of leading high-performing teams.
- A solutions-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Bilingualism (French and English).
