The Director of National Partnerships role at Dialogue involves leading a team responsible for nurturing relationships with new and existing partners (broker, advisor, TPA, and consultant) in the health and wellness sector across Canada. The role can be based in either Montreal or Toronto.

Responsibilities:
  • Leading and coaching a high-performing partnerships management team.
  • Strategizing on managing partner relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Building and improving key processes for efficient operations.
  • Reporting on partnerships activity and KPIs to the executive team.
  • Developing strategies to achieve account growth targets and revenue objectives.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders across various departments.

Requirements:
  • 7+ years of partnerships management, consulting, brokerage, or advisory experience.
  • Experience in healthcare and healthtech.
  • Experience managing large and complex relationships.
  • Track record of leading high-performing teams.
  • A solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bilingualism (French and English).
