Dialogue is seeking a Vice-President of Partnerships and Commercial Operations to cultivate and elevate the company's most strategic partnerships. Reporting to the SVP, Commercial, this role spearheads initiatives that position Dialogue as the premier partner of choice. The Vice-President aligns cross-functional teams, optimizes commercial operations, and creates a seamless partner experience.

What the role involves:

• Driving Business Growth by developing and managing partnerships.
• Innovating Partnerships by strategizing and executing new partnership channels.
• Elevating Key Relationships with critical stakeholders.
• Creating and Executing Strategic Plans to expand and nurture strategic relationships across Canada.
• Negotiating High-Value Deals with C-suite executives.
• Leading a High-Performing Team of partnership professionals.

Ideal candidate will have:

• 7+ years of experience in partner management and business development.
• Familiarity with the benefits provider, insurance, virtual healthcare, or SaaS sectors.
• C-Suite Sales Experience.
• Experience in creating or managing partnerships within healthcare, complex technology industries.
• A history of successfully negotiating complex contracts.
• Adaptability in Fast-Paced Environments.
• Hands-On Leadership.
