BTIG is seeking a candidate for the APAC Institutional Middle Office team. The candidate will support cash equities business in trade date functions, including allocations, confirmations, and reconciliations.
Responsibilities:
- Performing daily activities relating to client trade booking and reconciliation.
- Ensuring all daily activities and controls are completed on time.
- Handling trade allocation and confirmation generation for clients.
- Managing trade day cash and stock reconciliation.
- Participating in projects, change initiatives, and office administration.
- Driving the implementation of a front-to-back model to improve client experience and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- 10 years of experience in securities products with an operations background
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Understanding of the trade life cycle.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Self-motivated with attention to detail.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Problem-solving skills to address operational and technical issues.
