The Vice-President, Partnerships and Commercial Operations role in Dialogue will focus on cultivating and elevating strategic partnerships, transforming them into mutually beneficial relationships that drive substantial growth and innovation. They will spearhead initiatives that position Dialogue as the premier partner of choice. The role involves aligning cross-functional teams, optimizing commercial operations, and creating a seamless partner experience that fosters long-term success.
What this role involves:
- Driving Business Growth: Developing and managing partnerships with key Carrier Partners, Advisors, and Brokers to expand Dialogue’s reach.
- Innovating Partnerships: Strategizing and executing new partnership channels while strengthening existing collaborations.
- Elevating Key Relationships: Cultivating relationships with critical stakeholders to elevate Dialogue’s position.
- Creating and Executing Strategic Plans: Leading the development and execution of a business strategy to expand strategic relationships across Canada.
- Negotiating High-Value Deals: Leading complex contract negotiations with C-suite executives to secure long-term, high-impact partnerships.
- Leading a High-Performing Team: Building, mentoring, and managing a team of partnership professionals.
Requirements:
- 7+ Years of Experience in partner management and business development.
- Industry Experience in benefits provider, insurance, virtual healthcare, or SaaS sectors.
- C-Suite Sales Experience with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Partnerships in Complex Industries: Proven experience in creating or managing partnerships within healthcare.
- Contract Negotiation Success: A history of successfully negotiating complex contracts.
- Adaptability in Fast-Paced Environments: Comfortable thriving in a rapidly evolving, dynamic organization.
- Hands-On Leadership: A hands-on leader who is not afraid to roll up your sleeves and actively engage with the team.
