Job Description

BTIG is seeking a Director-level Senior Asset Finance Specialist to join their Structured Products team in New York. This role involves developing and executing asset-backed transactions, maintaining relationships with originators and investors, and staying informed about market trends. The specialist will collaborate with various teams within BTIG to identify cross-product opportunities.

Responsibilities include:

• Developing and executing Asset-Backed transactions.
• Maintaining relationships with originators and private credit funds.
• Staying informed about market trends and regulatory changes.
• Working with sales and trading to place Asset Finance opportunities.
• Evaluating transaction risks and working with legal and risk teams.
• Partnering with other BTIG teams for cross-product opportunities.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in asset finance.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Series 7 and 63 required
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
