Physician, Evenings and Weekends

Job Description

Dialogue is seeking a Physician to join their virtual care team. The physician will be responsible for conducting remote assessments, diagnosing conditions, and providing treatment through the Dialogue Care Platform. This role involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care and create personalized care plans.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting remote assessments via the Dialogue Care Platform.
• Delivering timely medical advice and identifying urgent symptoms.
• Creating personalized care plans tailored to patient's needs.
• Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.
• Educating and supporting patients on preventative care.
• Referring patients, when needed, to specialists.
• Maintaining detailed records of patient interactions.
• Contributing to internal projects or initiatives.

Requirements:

• Must be comfortable consulting in French or English.
• Availability to work a minimum of 8 hours per week on evenings and weekends.
• Hold a valid and active medical practice license in Quebec or Manitoba.
• Hold the appropriate malpractice insurance.
• 2+ years of experience as a physician.
• Must be comfortable working with technology.
• Autonomy, professionalism, adaptability, and thoroughness.
