Dialogue is seeking a licensed In-Person Independent EAP Provider in Canada to join their network and contribute to their mission of improving people's well-being. The provider will receive client case referrals as a complement to their current practice, with the number of referrals depending on the demand in their area. This role involves providing consultations using a short-term, solution-focused approach to clients consulting for various mental health-related topics.
Responsibilities - Receiving client case referrals based on demand in your area
- Providing consultations using a short-term, solution and goal-focused approach
- Helping clients identify, understand, and overcome personal challenges
- Empowering clients to talk openly and creating a judgment-free environment
- Assisting clients in finding external resources
Requirements - University degree in a field related to counselling
- A professional license and valid professional insurance
- Access to an office in Canada to provide in-person sessions
- Experience with short-term counselling
- Experience providing intervention or coaching services to couples, families, or individuals aged 14 and older (an asset)
- Good knowledge of community resources (an asset)
